General Book Information

Can you add content to my current book?

Yes! We write new books and we also add content to books. When placing an order simply click the Add Content button and upload the book that you would like for us to add content to.

Are my books ready to be uploaded to Amazon? Will it be formatted?

Yes. All of our books are formatted for ebooks, delivered in DOC format, and ready to be uploaded to your KDP Amazon account.

Should I provide additional information with my order?

Yes! Our writers are great, but they aren't mind readers. Tell the writer what you are hoping to receive! The more information you can provide regarding your specific needs, the more accurate the writer can be. Please be aware that Package 3 does not guarantee that all of the resource information that you provide (videos, books, website links, etc.) will be included in your book. If your order involves a complex topic or has a lot of resource information, we recommend that you purchase Package 1.

Will you add pictures or diagrams to my book?

Sorry, due to potential copyright violations, we have a policy that we do not include pictures in order to help protect your publishing account. In addition, pictures require digital download space and printing costs, which lower your royalty income.

How do I know my orders haven't been plagiarized?

We do not accept plagiarized content from our staff. Our staff is trained extensively about the importance of non-plagarized work. We check 100% of all content with multiple, paid plagiarism checkers. In addition, we use software to detect self plagiarism, hidden coding, and other lesser known forms of plagiarism.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please see our Pricing page for delivery times. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. You can count on us to provide quality content to you as quickly as possible, often days before the due date.

How will I know when my project is complete?

We'll send you an email to let you know that your book is ready for download. Also, you can log into your account at any time to check the status of your orders.

You offer New books and Adding Content to books. What does it mean to add content to a book and why would I want to do that?

Great question! Many publishers add additional quality content to a book to increase the page length, add quality information that wasn't available in the first edition of the book, update changes due to technological advancements, etc. When we add content we add additional words to the current chapters and/or add new chapters. We do NOT edit or proofread the book you submit to us. The writer will read your book in order to help facilitate adding additional information to the book . We do not guarantee that the book you submit to us is free from plagiarism, as we can only be responsible for our own work. If you have questions, please ask before ordering.

The writer that wrote my previous book was great! Can I request the same writer for my next book?

Yes! Please make a note in the Additional Information section of your order and also send us a message via the Contact Us page. We will do our best to provide you with the same writer. Please note it could delay your order by a few days as the writer may be working on other projects.

I'd like to see the TOC or first chapter from the writer before the book is complete. Can you send that to me to review?

We do not send the TOC or partially written work to clients for pre-approval. You can submit the TOC with your order that you would like for the writer to follow. Also, please note the importance of submitting your requirements for the book when you place your order so that we can meet your needs.

Will you write a description for my book?

We will provide a description with Package One orders IF you request it when you place your order. It will be included within the word count. We recommend that descriptions be 250-300 words.

Do you include a list of references or resources used in my book?

Yes, all references used for the book will be included and properly formatted.

Will you provide me with samples?

We do not provide samples. If you are unsure as to which package to use, please place a small order. If you are happy with the content then you can make a purchase to add additional content to the book.

I forgot to submit all of my information with my order. What should I do?

Please email us your additional information including Order# and book title. Please note that we can not guarantee that late submissions will be used, especially if the writer has already started working on the book. It is important that you submit ALL information when you place your order.

What do I do if you make errors in my book?

Please send us an email with a simple list of issues. We provide revisions for up to 7 days after delivery for Package One and Package Two orders. We will correct any errors or omissions that we make.

Copyright and Trademarks

You denied my order because my book title was a trademarked name. I see other books on Amazon with the same name. Why won't you write trademarked topics?

We take copyright and trademarks very seriously! We believe it is important to respect the intellectual property of others. We will not knowingly participate in copyright or trademark violations.

Why should I care about trademarks?

It is important to respect the legal status of a trademark. If, for instance, you publish a book with a trademark title, the owner of the trademark can file a lawsuit against you because they own the trademark. Amazon is notorious for blocking books and/or shutting down accounts for trademark violations.

Privacy and Security

I'm concerned about the confidentiality of my order. Is my order private and protected?

Your information is safe with us! A confidentially agreement is signed by our entire staff in order to protect your privacy. We will never disclose any information about your titles, topics, or other personal or business information to any outside source. We don't use cookies! Is my payment information safe with you?

Yes! All payments are processed through the Paypal website. We do not have access to any of your personal information. Please see our privacy policy for additional information.

Recipe Books

How many words should I order for a recipe book?

Great question! A quality recipe averages from 200-350 words per recipe, based on the topic, complexity, etc. NOTE: We complete all books based on word count, not the number of recipes you would like to receive. If you want a specific number of recipes in your book, please order a word count that is high enough to allow us to meet your needs.

Topics / Niches

I don't have a title for my book yet. Do I need one?

No. We have great writers! Just put a topic in place of the title. Be sure to include some additional information in the resource section to help guide the writer with your specific needs.

I have a unique topic. Are you able to write about any topic/niche?

Most likely, yes! We have a large resource of educated writers in all fields.

Do you produce coloring books?

Sorry, we don't do coloring books at this time.

Do you write fiction erotica?

Yes! We have a large staff of experienced erotica writers. We will not accept orders pertaining to the abuse of children, rape, incest or other sexual activities that are illegal in the USA.

Do you write books in foreign languages?

No, but we do have a translation team that can translate books from English to Spanish.

Do you write book summaries, workbooks, study guides, manuals, textbooks, etc?

We do not write book summaries, textbooks, testing guides, study guides, manuals, etc. If you are unsure, please ask before ordering.

Will you write reviews for my product?

No, we do not write product reviews.

Do you write joke books or riddle books?

No, we do not.

Will you translate my book to Spanish?

Yes! We have human translators (not software programs) that will translate your book, book description, KDP 7 keywords, author page, etc from English to Spanish. All orders are provided in DOC format.
